Tomorrow, 1 March, is Saint David’s Day, the patron Saint of Wales. Now I know that some of you get rather heated on St Patrick’s Day when discussing what to eat, but St David’s Day is far less controversial.

If you ever visit the U.K. please try to make the journey to St David’s in Pembrokeshire. It is very beautiful.

You can wear a daffodil or a leek tomorrow.

Or indeed the mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia), which are stunning. In fact, I was in Epcot a couple of weeks ago and talking with a lady at one of the festival marketplaces and she obviously noticed the accent and asked where I was from. She then said oh, she was planning a trip to the UK and visiting Wales and do I have any recommendations. So I told her about the mountain railway in Llanberis which is not far from where I am.
