We can't get a reservation in either Remy or Palo (except the first night but we want to stay together as a family on our very first night on a cruise!) If anyone has reservations they'll be cancelling can you post on here, then we can hopefully get in? Thanks

You will be able to get reservations when you get on the ship. They only release a small percentage of reservations for online booking. Get a Navigator as soon as you get on the ship and it will tell you where to go to make ressies for Palo & Remy.

ETA, According to an April 21, 2012 Eastern Navigator (the most recent available on the Dis FAQ), go to Palo & Remy between 1:00pm and 3:30pm to make reservations.

Well TinkLoverSam and I spent a couple hours this afternoon finishing up buying our FE gifts. Now I just have to put everything together since TinkLoverSam and her hubby are moving into their new place in just over a week so they'll be busy getting set up in their new place. I saw some pictures today for the first time and it looks really nice.

Hopefully everything is going well for you Beth with both your hubby and Rory's passport!

Now I just need to know what's going on with my truck. I talked to the insurance adjustor today and it looks like its verging on a total write-off which is upsetting but I'll get over it especially if they actually tell me something soon, lol. Oh well at least I found out that I have the rental for another week or so at minimum so I know I have a way to work and back until this is all sorted out.

Well I survived an accident and 7 straight shifts at work so between today and tomorrow I get to relax with the bf and not worry too much for a little while. On Monday a local rodeo has its final round so the bf and I are going to drive up and check it out - I had a blast there solo last year! I just have to survive through the last week of August when I'm running both my surveillance department and the security department as both my supervisor and manager are out of town and I basically work every day at all hours of the day and night... I think I'm really going to enjoy this vacation, lol! Just 66 more days until we set sail!

You DEFINITELY need a vacation! I'm just curious. Where do you work and what do you do?

Just a reminder, if anyone is celebrating anything on this cruise----birthdays, anniversaries, etc...please send me a PM with name, age, cabin #, etc... and you'll just find a little surprise on your fishy (or seahorse;-)

I just sent a PM to BigRed1 re: ordering 2 large bracelets---what a nice FE gift!

I also sent a PM to ChipNDalesBestFriend re: favorite Disney characters---Pluto and Goofy---we are also giving FE gifts to everyone participating---I am nearly done making ours and I've started on collecting stuff for my 2 December 2013 Disney cruises---I love to plan ahead!

I am also starting to pack for this cruise---Fall will be here before we know it and I don't want to forget to leave out summer clothes. I tend to over-pack for cruises---since we drive from Maryland we have the luxury of bringing really heavy suitcases. We are staying in the World for 3 nights pre-cruise and going to the Not-So-Scary party in the MK on October 4th. This will be my 3rd time doing it---it is soooo much fun! I'm also looking forward to the food and wine festival in EPCOT.

I can't wait to meet you all---this is going to be a wonderful cruise!

My DH will have to have a Angiogram tomorrow to see if his blockage has gotten worse. Hopefully, he will only have to have an Angioplasty.

I will let everybody know how it goes tomorrow. It is going to be a long day.

Everything went fine today, just got home a little while ago. One of his arteries was blocked 99% put the stent in and is recovery at the Hospital. He will be coming home tomorrow in the a.m.

I work at at Casino as a Surveillance Investigator (what that really means is that I am locked in a room for 8 hrs a day and I stare at lots and lots of LCD screens with lots and lots of cameras on them) 95% of the time I love it... The other 5% of the time I'm bored stiff. Lol

For anyone interested in a cabana on the family beach...when I logged in to CC port adventures, Cabana #17 on the family beach showed as available. We're not interested in a cabana for this cruise, so hopefully one of you guys can snag it!

Hello Susan and fellow cruisers -

My DH and I will also be at Disney, SSR for 3 nights before sailing. We are looking forward to Food and Wine also along with whatever we might see of the new Fantasyland. Verdict is still out on the Not So Scary Halloween Party.

DH and I own and operate 3 group homes for developmentally disabled adults in Wisconsin so it seems the only down time we truly have is when we are away. This will be DH's first cruise and only my second. The only other cruise I was a chaperone for 3 of my residents on the Disney wonder.

I am still trying to figure out transportation to port. I know that we can use Disney but I really want to try to get on the ship earlier than when the Disney buses get there. Anyone else coming from Disney have other suggestions?

I look forward to meeting everyone.
