you are doing such a great job.. I know it will not die, I only found out about the dis boards because of FB page for the cruise on the fantasy this past week.... had no clue about this..

If we find people on our cruise that do not know about the dis boards-- I will send them this way... Julie

Question? How will they find it on FB if it is closed group?

I really hope this thread does not die out....lately is has been busy, but before that it was pretty much dead. The whole reason to come to the dis was to meet and talk to people in this fashion. I have seen other threads which went the FB way and the thread totally died.

Well if this thread dies because of the FB page I will be done with the thread. I worked really hard at times to make sure the thread has life to it. I will still continue the FE Exchange, but that will be it if the thread goes the way of the dinosaur. People who do not do FB will miss out what is going on there and feel left out.

I requested if from a designer is the dissign boards, but I cannot give him credit because his name is filtered, but is somewhere on the graphic.

Question? How will they find it on FB if it is closed group?

It has the date of our cruise name ( sailing the Ocean Blue), and Fantasy name and if someone put that in search they can find it and then ask to join our private group..

We will book something. We may have to move it later, but we will still have the on board booking discount. We always book something and we have only cancelled once. Then we wound up going that fall anyway and lost the on board credit because we cancelled. Won't do that again...

After reading from my daughter's FB Cruise page, her cruise was on the Fantasy April 14 , there was a lot of people that got sick on this cruise including crew. And a lot of the room were not cleaned very well and food had been left in the refrigs'... They also said, not enough washer and dryers...(who do load on vacation) from the first cruise..Glad they have time to work out all the uh-ohs.. before we get there...

Allen already invited me, but I think the reason the link does not work is because you have the group set as "secret group" and not a "closed group," so if a person is not part of the "secret group" they cannot access the group page and also cannot search for it, that is why I could not find the group when I searched for it and asked for the link. Even as a closed you can search for the page and ask for an invite, but cannot see the posts, just who are part of the group.

Some of you have seen this already, and you will likely see it several more times before the cruise!! For those who are staying in Port Canaveral on Friday night October 5th, we have a 5pm reservation at Fishlips. We would love to have as many people join us as possible. Even if you can't make it at 5, you are still welcome to join us at your convenience. Thanks for the invite but Wes and I are staying at Bay Lake Tower the night before so we made reservations at CA Grille - Looks like fun though!
