Approximately 59 right now...I am in the process of updating the FE and will be sending out a new list to all who are participating this week (was going to have it done by last week, but was a little busy).

I am glad you had a very nice Holiday, ours was very nice as well. I did not mind the warm weather at all. The only info I will need from you is your email address. I have been a very bad DISer lately... a model employee but a bad DISer!

I have not been on the boards much at all since getting home from an MR cruise Nov 6. We had sooo much fun but at about 30 I felt our FE group was a little big, I'm hoping we can split the group into 20-25 cabins per group to make it more manageable. Maybe we could split so adults have a group and those with smaller children have a group and those with teens/tweens have a group? not sure how many people have kids that spread through multiple age ranges but it might make it easier for those in each group to know what others might like? Just an idea though.

Hope everyone is having a good new year and I really can't wait for October to get here!

Welcome back

Once I have the updated list out this week for the FE Exchange, I think we can move forward with splitting it up and how it will be most feasible. I am waiting for about 10 people to get back to me with information that I need. It is pretty much the same at the prelim list (with the exception of one person pulling out and a couple of add ons and nailing down how many people will be in certain staterooms). I should be sending out another preliminary list tomorrow. This list will probably change in the upcoming months, as some may withdraw and new people will be coming aboard.

October will be here before we know it

I just peeked over at the kid's thread to see how it was going. They are REALLY chatting. They are already setting up a meet with place and time. Sounds like they are all going to get along great. Livie is very excited. Sounds like many of them have things in common as well. Thank you all for letting your kids participate.

I am so glad that the kids are making a connection, by the time the cruise is here they will feel like they have known each other for years

When we are at port how does getting lunch work? Do we eat at a place while we are exploring? Is there an option to go back on the ship? Our youngest is a picky eater!!

You have tons of options, if you do not want to eat while you are out exploring, you can come back to the ship and eat at Cabanas, sit-down restaurants , quick service and room service. You just cannot bring food off of the ship.

I have read in several places where people order sandwiches from room service the night before to take on excursions so they don't have to come back to the ship to eat. Otherwise, you can come & go from the ship at your leisure.
