1) Number of adults / children in your group: 4 Adults & 4 Children
2) Names of adults in your group: Tanya (me) & Kory and Lisa & Adam
3) Ages of children in your party (at your discretion): 7,6,5 & 4
4) General location of where you currently live: Ontario, Canada
5) Castaway Club Level: 1st timers

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS where FE started years ago.
FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, since it seems that no one has recently come forward to organize a FE for this cruise here on the DIS, please feel free to organize the FE right in this thread. There is still plenty of time to plan a FE - all it takes is someone willing to maintain a list of those participating which can easily be shared in this thread too as many other cruise meet threads are already doing.

Any other families have a boy around 15 yrs old? It's nice to have a friend to hang out with that is an only child. He goes to Vibe and tries to join in but sometimes the kids that are together have clicks so it might be nice to meet someone on that first day.

Does anyone know when the semi-formal and formal nights are on this cruise? Trying to figure out the best night to try to book Palo and the Bippity Boppity Boutique for the kids.

Do you mean on disembarkation day? Other days it's not a set time...table service first come first served, or buffet. On disembarkation day, there's info left in your stateroom the night before with the schedule, based on which dinner seating you have.
