Are you happy with the product? I think Schwinn TT may have better quality and higher resale but the 100lb weight limit versus Safetech's 150lb limit makes me want to give Safetech a try. Anyone pushed kids with combined weight over 100lbs in the Safetech? Thanks for your help.

edit: Doesn't look like anyone has experience with the Safetech doubles. Has anyone had good experiences with the Schwinn or Instep swivel wheel double? Especially nearing or exceeding the 100lb mark? Thanks!

The Safetech is only imported by one company in the US and is sold under about 4 different names on Ebay. That is likely to be the only way you will get one here in the US. In the UK they are sold under the name MotherCare.

The Safetech seems to be a love it or hate it item. Doesn't seem to be much 'middle of the road' about them, although even people who love them have negative things to say about them. Check out these reviews...... http://www.babycenter.com/comments/1427

The InSteps have good reports as being a great value for the money. We took my dd(4) down to try one out and since there is not much length between where the seat ends and the foot rest begins she had to keep her knees really bent up to sit in it. she did not find this to be comfortable. She is about 40 inches tall. It was very easy to steer with 60 pounds of kids and 10 pounds of 'stuff'. I liked it but do not think she'd be comfortable for the entire time.

I hope this might possibly help you!:wave2:

I have the safetech double jogging stroller - bought it new off of Ebay and have to say it is my favorite stroller. I have 3 others but use this the most. It is very light-weight and rides so easily. I can even jog w/the girls. I found no problem w/the tires. Love the fact that the front wheel swivels or can be locked into place. I can push this stroller easily when shopping and also pull a shopping cart behind me. I have a sedan and it fits in my trunk--was worried about that but have no problems. I have no problems lifting it out of the trunk and it folds nicely. Good Luck w/your search.

P.S. The only thing I thought of that I wished was better---was the sunshade. It doesn't really cover them well--but I think most jogging strollers have that problem. I was able to purchase a stroller sunshade for it and it works great.

How big are your children? My 40 inch tall 4 year old is really long legged and I'm worried about her legs not being comfortable, most of the joggers we've looked at were not long enough between the end of the seat and the footrest for her legs to hang comfortably, she has to keep her knees bent and it's like her knees are up to her chest the whole time. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks! It's good to hear first hand feedback about this stroller.

if you go to this website www.joggingstroller.com
