Hello I’m trying to upload arvest seen status and I need to upload multiple images. Or does anyone know if safe passage just recognizes QR codes from Europe? Has anyone experienced this? I don’t know if I’m just stupid but for some reason I can’t go back into my account and see what I have already uploaded so does that mean it has not uploaded or it’s already in their system and I can no longer access? It’s showing status pending.

I can someone confirm that the status of this website is not a make or break deal if we get board or not. Another words if we simply bring our paper copies with us we’re still OK regardless of what the status says online? We sail in 7 days And I realize maybe it being the weekend I’m better off calling them tomorrow on Monday.

I don’t have first-hand experience, but I do know from other posts here that the “pending” status may not change until very close to cruising — within 3 days or even closer to embarkation.

Yeah I saw that too. Still going call if I learn more I’ll post here. The issue is most Europeans Have not only either a yellow book or a print out but also a QR code. Here health pass apps as part of our daily lives now. So taking a single image of a like CDC card It’s kind of hard to do since our paper copies are usually two page And I’m not sure if they can even start with a QR code

I don’t think they can use the qr code because what they need is something showing your name, type of vaccine and the date(s) given. If the information is on one page take a photo of that page. If not, can you put the pages side by side and take a picture of both at once?

We went earlier this month with family members from Europe. Yes, they have a QR code for within Europe, but they also received on paper confirmation with their name, date, and batch number when they got their first and second shot. We used those papers. Safe Passages allowed the uploading of multiple documents.
As a backup, their government also had the option to request an official confirmation of their vaccine in English. They did that as well, and they received it by email almost right away. It wasn't needed for Safe Passage though; they accepted the original document.

Pages. I read somewhere the desktop version is easier to navigate and see where to click to view what you have uploaded. On the phone it’s not easy to find. I found the desktop was them much better. Though it was a pain getting pictures from phone to computer. Emailing myself etc.

I’m glad you posted and gave this advice. We’ll have to do this in a few months with our foreign vaccine info so this is very helpful.
