Safe passage and online check in

So just verifying as I am almost 15 days out from my cruise…

All I need to do for safe passage is register covid vaccine cards for all 4 cruisers-nothing else needed?

Also-do I need to have a separate email address for each cruiser? My 2 kids don’t have their own email except a school account

And for online check in-I have my PAT but my account is still pending review-I don’t need to panic, right? It just means they haven’t signed off on my photo uploads (I used the app)

You will need to create a separate Safe Passage account for each adult (ages 18+). For children under 18, one parent will add them to their Safe Passage account.

Your online check in will stay as "pending review" until closer to your sail date.

So we have to do Covid testing since some in our party aren't fully vaccinated. Will the "pending Review" stay that way until the Covid test (hopefully negative) is uploaded in Safe Passage or is that a separate thing? Want to make sure we don't have anything wrong for the online check in. It will be stressful enough waiting for the "clear to sail" sign!!
