Safe bet at Coral Reef?

We just ate there two weeks ago. Had a 7:20 reservation. It was so crowded and we had to wait a long time to get seated. We ordered everything all at once, even dessert (on the DDP) and had to wait at least a half hour JUST for our desserts to come out after our dinner was cleared. It was a terribly long experience and we barely made it to IllumiNations. The food was fine. I would definitely try to get an earlier ADR next time. We had an 11:30 one for lunch before, and it was a completely different experience.
