Safe areas near the parks to live in?

Consider buying a condo and renting it later to other CM's or vacationers.

On realtor.com I've seen some really nice ones for about $50K and some motel conversions for $17K. Monthly P&I on $50K would be around $220 on a 30yr conventional

Nice thing about realtor.com is they have maps that show you the location. Of course nothing beats seeing them in person.

Mom and Dad may want to move in and retire.:woohoo:

There are some really nice condos in gated communities for rent out off Old Lake Wilson RD. towards Davenport. It takes me about 15 minutes to get to MK and less for the other parks.

I have a 3BR however there are lots of 1 and 2 available, some of them even have room mate matching services although I dont believe it is the case with the one I live in.

Quite a few places around here have CM move in specials. I got moved in with a $99 deposit and $200 for the first and $500 for the second months rent.

I live near the cast entrance to MK where there is a mixture of apts, condos, townhouses, and single family homes within a few miles of the entrance. Never heard of any safety concerns--other than local police speed traps, etc.

I have a house in Davenport ... just a little bit past the South end of Old Lake Wilson Rd. Very quiet neighborhood, pretty easy commute to work. I'm not in a gated community, but I haven't felt insecure at all.

(i also have a room available to rent, PM me if you're interested)

My problem with finding a roommate or a place to stay is that they are all against my nephews, 1 and 4 years old, spending the night occasionally or even visiting the house for that matter.

I'm interested in more info on the properties near Westclock/Reams Road... I've heard there are a lot of CM specials there. Anyone know more?
