Sad Trip for Us

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. While we were at BCV in August 2002, my father had to go to the hospital and wasn't expected to live. The staff at BCV were very sympathetic and helpful at that time too. We were able to get home and be with Dad for three days before he died. My heart goes out to you!

I am so very sorry for this tragic loss. This is our first Christmas without our Mom who passed away after a brief illness in September. I can't imagine being on vacation and finding out the day after we arrived that she passed away. You must be devastated, especially with it happening at Christmas.

Again, I am sorry that this happened to you. I'll say a prayer for you and your family.

We too took a few trips leaving immediate family members in ill health back home. It's really good to know that if we had needed to go home quickly, the CM's/hotel staff would have treated us kindly.

I am so very sorry to hear about your loss. I lost my beloved father on Christmas day 2003. I thought I wouldn't make it through this Christmas, but I did, and I had a wonderful and blessed Christmas thinking of my father. I'm sure your dear mom would want you to take another vacation in her memory. Moms are like that.

I wish there was some way I could take away your pain, but the pain is there because of the wonderful times you had with her. I hope the memories are more comforting than painful for you soon.
