I have 33 points from 2 different contracts(both with the same use yr) and I just made a reservation online and I was only given the option of using 1 contract or the other not using all my 33 points that will expire soon. So heres my question is it still possible to fix the allocation of points? and if so I'm thinking I need to do that by calling Member Services, correct? or can I do something else and if so what?
 
Could you not select both contracts? Sometimes you can modify the reservation online and it will adjusts where the points are coming from. There are times when it seems like it will pull all from one but once you complete the reservation it has pulled from others. For this to work though you need to be able to select all the contracts you want to use. So if it is not allowing you to select a second contract not sure you can fix that without calling. You could also try the chat feature.
 
As long as it lets you choose both contracts, the system will use all banked points when you confirm the booking. There is a screen right before booking that looks like it won’t, but it does.

The only time it will not work is if they are different home resorts and you are trying to book during a home resort period,
 
So I didn't check both of my contracts because I didn't even know that was possible so I guess now I'm wondering what I should do now to get the 2019 points that are still on one of my contracts to be used towards my reservation? any thoughts? I thought I could just cancel my reservation and rebook clicking both contracts but thats not possible because 2 nights are not available and i'm not sure where the chat feature is that 10CJ mentioned can some one tell me where to look for that since I've heard lately calling Member services can take a while?

I would not cancel. Just go to modify, then select the same dates you already have booked. Go through the process as if there was a change but you are not actually changing anything until you get to the part about the contracts. Make sure both are checked. if only one has banked points I would list that as the first contract to use.

If you hover over Help & Contact on the DVC page the drop down appears with some links. Towards the bottom there is a Chat with a Cast Member section. However right now it does say live chat currently unavailable. Not sure what their exact hours are but there was a link to chat earlier today.
 
Good news. It’s easy! Modify your current and don’t change a thing other than to check both contracts. Follow to the end. All banked points should be used when you check the points summary after booking..but before you go back to your dashboard!
