?'s on My Disney Experience and Tickets on your acct

So my husband is retired from the Military and we have been purchasing Military Discount Tickets but during that time we used a few non expiring tickets to put on our account to use when we went to the parks longer then the Military tickets were to now make park reservations. But during the last upgrade my tickets got all messed and they were out there but no days were listed(and I knew I had days left) so I called Disney and spent alot of time on the phone(over 2+ hours) and was told they couldn't fix the problem on the phone and I would have to do it in person when I came down to Orlando again, so the next time I visit Disney I get to spend part of my vacation trying to fix my acct. Has anyone had this issue? if so how did you make out?
So here is another question I have for you, I am planning a trip to Disney soon and need to make park reservations and since my extra tickets are all messed up I was going to put a couple tickets on our acct to make the reservations but my son will never use this new ticket so I was wondering at the bottom of the tickets it states you can reassign the tickets so heres my other question if my son never uses this ticket can I reassign it after our trip to me so in the future I can use it since I'm not sure how many more Disney trips my son will be going on with me in the future and I'd hate to have this new ticket attached to his name only to have him ever use it. Any ideas?

HI again, so I'm the only Lucky one that had an issue with ticket problems when Disney update the last go around? No one has any experience with this issue? Suggestions on which Customer Service Dept would be the better one to have fix this problem? Park
Also anyone that had an experience with reassigning tickets on their My Disney Experience I'd love to hear their experience too

You can try to call again about the old no-expire tickets to see if a different CM may have another solution that works. Otherwise dealing with it in person may be the best option. Either will take time out of your day. Old no-expire tickets seem to be more and more troublesome with every new upgrade to the system.

Wholly unused tickets can be reassigned. However I have read of folks having problems reassigning Salute tickets. No idea why.
