Im asking maybe wishing but lets say I buy 5 day park hopper from the gay days for $149.00.

I want to upgrade this ticket to AP member and the AP ticket is $239.00 will I be upgrading the price from $149.00 or will it be from $189.00.

IF the price is not on the park hopper and I go to upgrade it to AP I would pay addtional 50 bucks.

If the price is on the park hopper then I would have to pay 90 bucks more

Just trying to save money lol

They will charge you the difference of what you paid for your ticket in hand vs the cost of the AP. So if you have a discounted ticket, you will have to pay more for the upgrade than if you paid rack rate for the ticket.

it was worth a shot but I knew someone here had the answer thanks

Parkhoppers have the price you paid encoded in it so the cms know how much to credit it when you use it to upgrade to an APs.
