Has anyone noticed changes with PMS intensity with changes in weight. Since losing weight, mine is almost gone.

I've always been the same weight. Mine got worse after getting older and having my first child - I never had issues before. But it's interesting yours got better. Awesome!

I have lost 34 pounds this year, but for me, I really think that the exercise helped with mine. I have noticed that as long as I am exercising regularly, my symptoms are very muted. I would guess that you are probably eating healthier which would help too. I am also drinking TONS of water, which I think helps me.

Thats terrific for you! Weight had no bearing on me. I finally had a hysterectomy last year when I could no longer handle my symptoms. Not just PMS though.

I think it's the combination of more exercising and changes in estrogen levels (estrogen is stored in fat).

Now you gals got me wondering about mine. I just missed mine for this month. I've lost about 10 pounds this summer without trying (initially before I decided to actually watch what I'm eating) and I've been exercising as well.
It could be the change in diet and exercise or b/c I'm 39 and my body is changing.

DH and I were trying to have another child prior to the summer, but haven't put much effort into it these last few months. So, there's a very small chance I'm pregnant. Won't find that out until I can pick up a pregnancy test when I go grocery shopping next week.

a couple of years ago, when I lost 30 lbs, mine did get better, but also that same year I had fibroid embolization to alleviate awful period problems I was having due to a gigantic uterine fibroid. I don't know whether it was the weight loss or the embolization that helped though? Interesting....my weight has gone a up a little since that weight loss (12 lbs) and my PMS is worse now so who knows:confused3
