?'s and confusion on booking reservation

So here is my issue, I wanted to put in a Waitlist for Dec 1-5th 2021 and my use year is Dec so I went ahead and banked my 2020 points and requested 2 waitlists for this trip and when I did the Waitlist everything looked good.
But here is my question I then decided to book another trip for March 2021 for a few nights and I went ahead to tried to book that trip and when I did the system shows me this: 1st Contract 200 points- 2021-100 2nd Contract 51 points- 2021- 35 To me these points I just posted looks correct.
2020-100 2020-16

So when going fewer into booking the few nights in March 2021 the system shows me the two contracts and to click one or the other to decide what Contract points to use and next it goes on to say
" Bank Vacation Points
You can bank points from 2020 to complete your Reservation
Bank from 2020 Use Year." And then a button lit up to push

Now I already banked my points from the 2020 Use Year so can someone tell me why its telling me I should bank my points from 2020?
I guess I'm trying to figure out if I banked my 2020 Use Year points and want to book a stay in March 2022 shouldn't I just be able to do that and not have to borrow any points from my 2022 use year but just pick a contract that I want my points to be used from( since I now have more than 1)

That is a standard option that shows up for all bookings, even if you have banked,

If you tried to click on it it would show there were no points to still bank.

ok I was wondering if that was the case but I didn't want to press any buttons that I didn't know what the results would be.
