?'s Aldi grocery store

If they did I'd bet they'll be raising their prices 5-10% to cover credit card processing fees.
Credit card companies charge retailers 1-3% so hopefully they won't raise prices any more than that! And usually stores will do a larger volume once they start accepting plastic so it all works out. I know I will spend more with credit than when I have to do the math to see if I have enough cash!

Although there are limited choices, they have seasonal rotations which are very enjoyable! Also, I recognize the packaging regularly of some Trader Joe items. Supposedly they run the companies separately, but clearly they must share some suppliers or overage discounts.

This past summer, I enjoyed the deals on various fresh fruit. I got strawberries for 99 cents, blueberries and cantaloupes too. They run very good deals on grapes and banana bunches. Seedless watermelon I got for as low as 2.99 this summer. I buy frozen fruit there for my smoothies too.

Right now is Oktoberfest at Aldis. They have specialty foods, wines and beer imported from Germany. For Halloween they had adorable decorations for cheap and lots of pumpkins. Their seasonal Choceur brand chocolates are very high quality. They have amazing deals on plants - simple garden plants, herbs, Easter lillies, forced bulbs, and even trees I've seen in there! My husband and DS devour their chips and tortilla chips. My son loves their mini croissants. The only thing we did not like was their beef was very salty.

We shop there once a week as it is one of the closest stores to us. They are expanding all over my region and I recommend trying their stuff out. Aldis has done nothing but improve in the three years I have regularly shopped there.

LOVE Aldi--we just got one in the last year. I cannot buy everything there (no 1% milk...) but their prices nearly always beat everyone...by a LONG shot
I buy:
Snacks (toritlla chips, snack bags of chips, LOVE their lg bags of popcorn, microwave popcorn)
Nuts
Applesauce pouches
Wine ($3!)
Cheese
Eggs
GF pasta
GF hot pockets
GF bread
Frozen waffles & pancakes
FRUIT & VEGGIES (not potatoes, apples or bananas)
flavored water
lunchmeat
salad dressing
seasonings
chocolate chips
marshmallows

October is my favorite month at Aldi. Their Octoberfest items are all great. My family looks forward every year to the Spaetzle that I make with ham, carmelized onions and Swiss cheese. Definitely one of those stock up items from Aldi.

Love Aldi for certain things: sandwich and freezer bags, milk (mine says free of growth hormones), eggs, sandwich thins, raisin bread, frozen broccoli florets, the odd things (got a round container in the spring that had 4 different hamburger spices and another one for chicken which of course they don't have anymore so next time they get I will stock up on), I got the wax cubes you melt in the scentsy warmers for under $2 this past week and they are amazing. I was talking to my friend yesterday and she said a couple years ago she bought some dead looking mums there for 25 cents each. Said they are huge and come back each year. I have gotten decent frozen pizza there but never bought the meat. I like the fruits and veggies too.

I've been shopping Aldi for about 15yrs. It's not my main grocery store but there are many things there that are worth the extra trip. As other mentioned, the CHOCOLATES!!!! I'd go here for JUST the chocolates! They are imported from Germany. I know bc we have many relatives in Germany and when they visit they come bearing gifts of chocolate and they bring over the very same ones sold in Aldi (which started in Germany) These sweets are good enough to put out when you have company! I've done so many times and I've never failed to receive compliments and people asking me where I got them. Half and half is cheaper than Sams Club... by about 50 cents a qt! Specialty cheeses. Cookies, chips, condiments, froz veggies. My family loves their salsa! When I have to buy name brand salsa bc we ran out of the Aldi brand, they complain! It's pretty much a case of taking the time to feel out what you like and what you don't. What's a good price and what is not such a great deal. But.... go for the chocolates! You won't regret that!!
