OK, I'm a little confused, and need some direction on this Dining Plan so that I am a little more informed before I book!
I noticed that a lot of people who are doing the plan are making ADR's. I also know that you have to do it 180 days out, right? What if you book your trip less than 180 days out? Also, do you have to have a reservation to eat at these places. I know that some may require a reservation, but I wasn't sure if the actual plan requires that you make ADR's.
Also, last question...The plan offers you 2 meals a day and one snack, correct? Also, isn't one of the meals counter service and the other table service? Since this will be the DH and I's first visit I am completely overwhelmed as to which restaurants are which!
Okay, so I have one more question...Please don't shoot me! How many of you actually eat 3 meals a day?
Any info that you can give is GREATLY appreciated at this point. TIA!

You can make most ADRs at 180 days or less. The closer you make them to that 180-day mark, the more likely you are to get the times and restaurants of your choice.

The ADRs are your reservation. It is not required that you make them but it will lessen the liklihood of being turned away at the door because your restaurant of choice is completely booked. I've seen it happen during busier times.

You get 2 meals and 1 snack PER NIGHT of your stay. So, if you're booked for 6 nights, your get 6 TS credits, 6 CS credits and 6 snack credits per person on your account on the very first day. You can use those credits in any manner you wish (2 TS in one day, all CS another day, etc.).

We actually do eat 3 meals per day, although they aren't all full TS meals. Breakfast is most likely to be juice and cereal plus coffee for me. Lunch is the main meal and then a light dinner later in the evening. DS14 can put away 5 complete meals on an active day. They aren't kidding when they talk about what a growing boy can eat! He's 5'8" and weighs only 120 lbs. I don't know where he puts it!
