My husband and I are going for a four night five day trip in August. I got (today) AP rates for Port Orleans Riverside for 93.75 per night. I thought this was pretty good. My daughter, her friend, friends mother and I are going to AKL in October. I don't have AP rates yet for that trip, can the three of them have the UPH passes and I use my AP. Will they just do the room charge and then add on passes for the three of them? What if I end up getting AP prices for the room. Can I still get the three of them UPH passes added on? Thanks.

If you look at UPH's under "Theme Parks - Tickets" it says that all members of your party must have them. I don't know how hard and fast that rule is.

Also, if you decide to buy the passes, it is cheaper to buy them in advance. Go to home page here on the Dis and go to Theme Parks then tickets it will tell you everything about the tickets.

Hope this helps.

If you buy UPH's when you get there not everyone has to have them and they can knock off the first and last day if you need them to.

Took the following from Deb's site. ~:D~

When you purchase your UPH's through CRO/WDTC, they are directly tied to the entire length of your reservation and the number in your party; hence the length of stay pass must be purchased by all members of your party (except for holders of AP/PAP's) and must equal the number of nights reserved. Holders of valid AP/PAP's are exempted from this requirement. You must purchase UPH's to cover your arrival day straight through to your departure day. One advantage to purchasing this way is you will get a slightly reduced advance purchase price for each UPH you buy.

If you wait until resort check in to purchase your UPH, you will pay a little more for your UPH's but it may be more advantageous to you since you may have either your arrival day or departure day removed thus saving you some money over the advance purchased UPH's. If your UPH's were purchased as part of a Disney package (Dream Maker, Resort Magic, Grand Plan, etc), you cannot change them to drop a day.

TIP: Resort front desks can sell different tickets to different people right on the Resort ID card. In addition, each person does not have to buy a ticket. They can customize each person's ticket to their specific needs.
