I voted for the fiver for the room, amenities that they typically have, and for the fact that I can't afford the type of truck it would take to have my own. Can you sense the jealousy?
I've only rented a trailer once, and it was a travel trailer. In that case, we were camping in more primitive campgrounds and it worked great at the time. Now that I've added a few years and a few miles, one thing that I think would be great would be good mattresses. Especially after spending a day in the theme parks, we would want a comfortable bed and spacious living quarters.
Having flown to a place to rent a trailer - would want linens, towels, coffee maker and filters, an assortment of pillows (can't fit too many of those in a suitcase) and possibly a grille set up. In 2006 we paid around $90 for the linens for the week, $75 for cleaning service at the end of the trip, and probably $40 for the small gas grille.
The cost to rent the gas grille was not far from what it would cost to buy a no-name brand one at Wal-mart (the table top kind that you can fit maybe 6 burgers on).
The up-front cash for the cleaning service seemed hefty, but worth it for the peace of mind that we might get hit for the fee anyway if they did not think it was clean enough when returned. We did clean it, and after dealing with the folks I don't think they would have charged us anyway, but it made it nice to not think about it while on vacation.
Good luck Donnie. I know you didn't ask for the $, but figured it might be worthwhile to give you an idea of what others were charging.
PS - the kid who prepped our rental trailer out west did not flush the fresh water system very well after they sanitized the system. That was one UGLY and narly cup of coffee the next morning
