Does anyone know a good company to deal with in Orlando area who will rent and set up a camper or RV at the Fort?

I've seen a few of these set up in the Fort. Looks like you can rent a golf cart from them and a grill too.

Take a look at greenbergrvflorida.com, used them earlier this year at the fort and could have not been happier with everything they did.
