Running "trail" at the All Stars

Does anyone know if the one mile stretch of sidewalk outside of the All Star Resorts is lighted? I'll be at WDW in a couple weeks and am hoping to get in a long run. Since I'm not a morning person, I'm thinking I'll end up running after sunset to avoid some of the heat. I'm not sure if I should pack a headlamp or if there are sufficient street lights.
