Do all of the main shows run about an hour in length or do any of them go longer? Just wondering how much time we'll have between the show and dinner each night. Thanks!

Great question! I am going on the NYE cruise in Dec 2003 and plan on wearing a tux on NYE and probably the semi-formal night (or the other formal night IF there is one), yet I know I would be more comfortable not having to wear the tux to the shows (I have late seating) and changing after the show and going to dinner. Will this be possible, or will I have to arrive at dinner slightly wrinkled? :)

:bounce:

All of the shows last right at an hour. There were many nights I changed for dinner between the early show and late dinner seating. That is another reason I like the late dining time.:D

Awww wear the tux to the show!!!! How often do you get to wear a tux??? show it off!!!!

The majority of the people I ususally see at the show are dressed already for dinner. Whatever makes you comfortable, though!!!

We usually dressed for our dinners prior to attending the show. [We've had late seating on both of our voyages aboard the Magic and love it!]

One reason we dressed for the shows as well as dinner is the fact that there is usually a lot going on between the early show and late dinner. If you want to be able to catch any of the events between the two, say the family cabaret shows, family line dancing, or the numerous other events occurring in this time slot, you'll need to be dressed for dinner.

Just a thought.
