Hey Lynn! So last night I'm flipping through the channels and RIGHT at 8:03pm I turn on Channel 6(I think you the the same station I believe ABC) and *Finding Nemo* is on!!! hehe yay! It just started at 8pm, so I caught the beginning such a cute movie!! All I could think about when I saw Darla, is that awesome Halloween custome you made for MNSSHP last year right?

How are things going.. its crazy that its almost mid-August!!! Summer is almose gone!.. but I do have to say I love the Holidays haha.. starting off with my birthday on Halloween(which we will be in Disney for yay!) but right after that it seems to swing right into Thanksgiving then XMAS etc.

My BF and I can't wait to get to NYC for XMAS season this year, its always so pretty and so nice.. and of course have to go to the World of Disney Store(RIP )..

So I think I said this beforeconfused3)its official we switched from POR to POP Century we are definitley excited..heck i'm excited about any Disney resort.. but yup thats the scoop..we had to upgrade to Disney Basic dining though.. because the free dining was only giving us 2 counter services a day

Hi Lynn. Sorry I've been MIA. I had a 3 week job as the asst. director at a camp for the little ones...makes me glad I chose high school, then we just went away for a few days to see the Sox play in Baltimore then went on to DC. Your PTR is making me excited for our mini-trip though! We're going with my parents, aunt, uncle, and cousins, so there will be 9 of us. Looking forward to making our ADRs. DH and I are deciding between Park Hoppers and MVMCP. I'd like both, but we're trying to keep costs down. Thoughts??

I'm still undecided if I'm going to get certified K-5, or K-12. I would love to do elementary. I have to pick a subject here that I want to focus in. I'm choosing a science, most likely Chemistry. I LOVE science, and I know that I will have more opportunities if I specialize in a math or a science. So we will see. I don't know if I would just want to teach Science though, I kind of want to teach everything. I'm just sick of having people tell me around here that I won't be able to get a teaching job in Jersey. ugh. What do you teach in HS again?

You guys are going to have a great time. Sounds like it will be an amazing trip!!! I would definitely get tickets to MVMCP!!!!! Have you ever done it?

Aww it was on last night!!! I love that movie. So cute. Yeah we get channel 6 ABC. I love it. HAHA Yeah I was Darla last year. I had my braces on still so I figured it would be perfect lol.

I know, it's sad summer is almost over. My summer class ends in 2 weeks, then I have a week break before fall semester starts, which is Sept 2.

I love the Holidays! I love going to NYC during Christmas time. It is so much fun.

I teach English. It's one huge ton of work because of all the correcting. I teach Advanced Placement too, which adds to the work. I like it though. You can have actual conversations with them, no bodily fluids to deal with (I saw more bodily fluids in 5 days of the camp than I have in 5 years of teaching!), and they learn to appreciate you. On the flip side, high school kids can definitely be rude and mean in ways the little ones never would. You have the good and bad with both. More work prepping for the little ones, more correcting with the big ones.
I've never been to the MCVMP. I think it's going to be decided by what the majority want. There will be 9 of us going.

I know you told me that I would love AKL, but I did something stupid! I cancelled the reservation. I knew I had points that would have been lost, because I screwed up banking and borrowing, so I decided to see where I could add a day or two or change things, and the CM let me know that there was a boardwalk view 1 bedroom available for our whole stay! I know we will love it, but I swear AKL is going to be like the last resort I see. Or at least it feels that way.

Hey guys! Just thought I would update some stuff.

Training for the half is going really well! I'm doing awesome. I'm up to running 8 miles at a time now. My fastest time with that is 1 hour and 10 min!! Not bad. As soon as this weather cools down, I'm going to get a 10 miler in. Hopefully I can get it in tomorrow.

I'm registered for this 10K http://www.runthebridge.org/site4.aspx in Nov! Can't wait. I think with this 10K I can give Disney my official time so that I'm placed in the right corral.

School is going well too.. My summer class ends next Thursday. Then I start Fall semester September 2!! SOOO excited.

Disney Plans!!! We finally have some plans set for the meet with our friends! The Friday before the race we are going to The Grand Floridian tea, then the day of the race we are all meeting up for some pictures in front of the castle, then hanging out in the park to ride some rides, dinner (not sure where yet), then if Disney is still offering the MK dessert party in Jan, we will be ending the night with that.

So that's about it for now. We are 143 days away as of today!!!!
