Running Fun Runs at Resorts

Hello everyone!
Does anyone know if they are doing fun runs at the different resorts right now like they were before Covid?

I'm coming to Disney World in late April, staying at Dolphin. I've never done the Fun Runs, but I'd like to do one each day - Thursday through Sunday mornings. Are they offering these now? Has anyone done one since the pandemic? Any advice?

I haven't seen any announcement that these came back post pandemic.
