Running a Quest

Just wondering if the quest maker/room owner needs to be in the room the entire time the quest is going for players to be able to get in the room? What I mean is if I need to leave the room while the quest is running and there's noone in the room can others get in?

If there is nobody else in the room and the room owner leaves, nobody can get into the room (except for the room owner or VMK Staff) since there is nobody there. I've been noticing that most people have a mule now sit in the room and they (as in the main character) leaves to go do other things.

yup. if nobody is in the room. It doesnt show up on the guest rooms list, or when you search for it.

Sometimes and it seems very random when it happens. if the room owner is not in the room you get a pop up that says the room is closed because the owner is not there and you are booted out. Its happen to me a couple times.
