Runner dies after Disney Half-Marathon

The news page of my IP has an article about William Kane, 43, from Tucson, AZ. He collapsed after crossing the finish line of the half-marathon, and was taken to Celebration Hospital where he was pronounced dead. He had been a professional golfer until 1992. He had finished the race in 2:27:36. So sad to have such a tragedy like this happen. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. There is an autopsy pending to determine the cause of death.

My dh thinks he may have seen this guy. I am not sure since DH finished in 2:23:23 but he remembers a man crossing the finish line and just collapsing. So sad
