So last night the blog (I think) released more about the different parties at AK during the evening. Both of my boys are serious soccer players and would love to see the Harambe Meerkats. SO......today I typed "Harambe meerkats" into the search box on the Disney site only to see "Check the online times guide for schedules". Yes I checked.....No they aren't listed. Geez, this not knowing ANYTHING is driving me crazy! C'mon Disney!!!!

I feel ya, Supermom. The part of our reunion group that's in town before the big get-together wants to get a dining package together. So we're coordinating "catch and release" booking. Hopefully, we'll be pretty quick in securing the proper booking and releasing any that happen to be extra.

Ok, I may disappointing some of you, but we did not like the pizza at Via Napoli - it was soggy and we like a crisp crust. The Zeppole were awesome tho. We got soaked again today. My feet are miserable but we are waiting for Illuminations to start in a few min then heading to hotel to get warm and dry. Did the princess breakfast at Akershus today and it was fun. Pretty good day except for the rain.

So in Orlando for non-Disney trip but ..... yeah I bit. When we went to buy they said the discount (AP CM DVC) over and it is $79 for EVERYONE!! That's what we paid. Have our map and goal is hit EVERY RIDE, EAT EVERY KIND OF ICE CREAM and bring drinks home in backpack. Thinking positive! Results at 2 am.

Oh my gosh, Clueless. This is just deja vu all over again. We have had our hopes for this dining package (or an ROL package) up for so long that it just doesn't seem real to see that now. I guess we will all know soon. Interesting that it says it is over $60.... I'm not sure I want to see the show that much.

Wow HopperFan, $79. I may have to re-think this is that is the new price!

The rain has been crazy this week!!! Between Tues and this afternoon - my shoes may never dry!

We loved HDDR! So much fun! Tonight we did the Pirates and Pals Fireworks cruise! So amazing!! Highly recommend.

Tomorrow we have Epcot.

Hmm, since it's almost midnight, guess I'll stay up and check for old times sake. If not, will check when I wake up (usually 6:45ish) ... it's been a long week and I'm just not ready to sacrifice 45 minutes of sleep on a "maybe" ADR release for a substiture RoL show. I'm jealous! I would pay $79 for that but not the regular price. Have a GREAT time. I can't wait for your report.

Yeah, her line was about 2/3 down the pathway when we saw her so we didn't stop for her either. I would have loved to but we had FP+ for 7DMT that we needed to get to.

3 am back to room (staying at Buena Vista Palace so ferry to walk to car)

We arrived at MK right before 10 pm (yes I was scanned, I'm right at about 95% now) as folks were already in main street and hub for fireworks. We made our way to right by Gaston's to watch before we began our adventure. So we really only truly had the 3 hours plus about 30 minutes for our $79 plus tax. TIME FLEW BY SO FAST!!!

Three hours isn't enough to do it all, certainly not with "shows" so took them off list immediately.
This is in fact a $80, 3 hour FP+ so use it wisely. It is to ride the rides, nothing more since most else is closed.

- Buzz Lightyear (all three of us got 999,999 - well DS rode alone and got it on both guns.)
- Space Mountain 3x. First 2x People Mover was closed and lights on so we could see the whole track. WOW, that was scary.

- Barnstormer
- Under the Sea
- Winnie the Pooh
- Haunted Mansion
- Big Thunder
- Pirates
- Seven Dwarfs, 1x early and 1x as our last ride of the night.
- As we were leaving I saw Anna & Elsa walking out the queue with Anna yelling "we're free". They came out and posed and took pictures with folks and it was great, maybe 30 people out there. Nice way to end the night. DS did selfies with them all. Really great to get pictures with Anna & Elsa together.

It was empty, most was walk on, only people in boat or one of just a few on the entire ride. Lots of great opportunity for awesome photos and saw a few groups with big cameras and tripods and all they were doing was taking photos.

Food: Mickey Bar, Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich, Strawberry Bar and Choc Covered Banana. Didn't quite finish each. Drank water there and brought home 4 cokes and 1 water.

Worth it? for $79 absolutely yes. I think if they set that price point and ADVERTISED it, they would have sellouts. And we didn't go early. If you went at 7 pm (and the lines were not bad when we arrived either (7DMT was 30 minutes) then you really could have done so much more than we did. We had driven in 8 hours then checked in then DS for dinner (D Luxe, excellent) and so we were late and running on fumes anyway.

Even if there were 4x the number of folks there, it would be worth it since most rides started or left with probably 10-20% capacity. Splash was one empty boat after another. But as far as I know there are no more scheduled.

PHOTOS: The girls and the "terrible" crowds we battled when it was time to leave.

WELL and a sickness is a sickness. My plan tomorrow was exploring Disney Springs and other stuff and well .... I LOVE Flower and Garden so we are spending the day at Epcot.
