Thanks for all the support and positive thoughts, ROL friends! I truly appreciate it!

She had her EEG yesterday. She was able to sleep during it as needed, so that's good! You'll be happy to know that DH also slept like a baby through the whole thing! Hoping for results on Friday or Monday - hoping it was just a fluke/ 1 time thing as the pediatrician suggested. She was exhausted after the test - so was I - so she stayed home from school and we watched a movie, took a nap and went out to lunch!

If anyone is going to be in the parks early June, we're going to Trader Sams Wed June 1st 4-6pm, and Animal Kingdom Thurs 6/02. We plan to do the JB show if we're able to secure dining package or fastpass. I should have my lounge button on! Come say hi if you're local!

Did anyone do May the Force (Fourth) today at DHS? I was debating of changing our first DHS day to today but when I saw the weather forecast I decided against it. Just wondering if there was some special stuff going on?

We were there last year on May the 4th and outside of some merchandising, there was very little 'extra' going on. I was very disappointed that they did not do more.
It was the last year of the SW Weekends and they did open the SW Dining experiences prior to the actual wekends so we had dinner with Jedi Mickey, Leia Minnie, Stormtrooper Donald, Darth Goofy and Chip and Dale as Ewoks, which was extra neat since it was stated we won't be seeing those Disney/SW crossovers in the future (although the dolls were still available for purchase in HS last week).

I don't think we'll see any RoL packages until they are sure it all works .... once that happens we should get wind of it working and then we can expect them to open it up. Unless they plan to do packages for the Jungle Book thing...

It was posted on the Official DAK New Experiences thread that there would be dinner pkgs for JB. It came from @yulilin3 who saw it on the Hub. Sounds pretty much like the ROL ones were supposed to be. Our TH is for breakfast and apparently that isn't included so we won't be switching. I ended up getting extra FP for every day of our trip from my email to the executive offices so if it has a FP (and it is supposed to according to DBP...but we know how that goes), we'll be on that.

Glad to hear they are trying to make the Jungle Book substitute legit with a dining package.

Yep!!! Oh man, I hope they're renovating the seats. I talked to a guy who worked on it awhile back and he mentioned something about the corner seating being renovated or something...HOPEFULLY TO BE MORE COMFORTABLE!!

The only way I could talk my dh into Fantasmic was to buy him a stadium pad, he hates those seats!!!!!!!!!!! Looks like he may need it for JB also.

So, I know a lot of peeps are saying that the MNSSHP price hikes are ridiculous (I WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE WITH HALLOWEEN WHAT IN THE WORLD!), but September 2nd is $72. That's up $4 from last year. I was actually expecting to see it hit $80 pp, not gonna lie, because of the outrageous EMH and the after-hours ticket event. I'm just quite happy to be honest and I know that some others aren't, but it's better than $80 right?

Also, back to RoL.

DBf and I will be in AK on a Friday. He wants to do the Backstage Tales Tours, but it'll eat into our morning and leave us with very little time to do much else before our TH ADR. I asked him this morning if he really wanted to do it and he's now iffy and I feel kind of guilty. I just want to make sure! It's $191! What would you do? I'm trying to get some pros and cons about the whole situation. And if RoL does happen to be up and running (yeaaaaaah about that), should we do it because we'll have extra time in the park? The park closes on 5PM that night as of now, so, idk. Oi, I'm rambling now. Advice?

Just for grins and giggles I called dining to check on dining packages for the JB show and the CM knew what I was asking about. She said they should be booking them soon. Let the games begin again!

SAME HERE!! Sat for my Nov ADRs and I have ZERO plan at this point. Not like me. It's like I can't bear to look at it. Not even AK hours. Geez.

ya know, back in early March when we were all pulling our hair out and not getting any sleep due to continually checking website late at night and early in the morning, and being told SOON, and VERY SOON, only to have the bottom fall out from under us, I thought to myself, "Well, at least I have another trip booked late in the fall, and it will all be settled by then..."

HA. Doesn't look much better for that trip either! Keeping my hopes up, but not going down that path of obsession again.
