This CM was given my information from the presidents office because that's who I sent the email too, unknowingly I might add. I don't think he was just someon on the phone lines

No, she is right. I emailed the CEO George last Saturday but it was about club villain. A lady called me back within 15 minutes, we agreed she would send me a gift card for the club villain AP discount and I asked her about ROL and she said she would keep me in the loop. Well, this morning I got a UPS package with a gift card inside and a lovely note + villain lanyard. I got a phone call later from the CEO office (a different person) who wanted to make sure I got my UPS package and everything was OK. I asked about ROL and she said April 2nd, keep a look out. I asked if she was able to get me a ROL dining package for lunch at Tusker House on july 25th and she said they would see what they can do and she will be in touch in the am. So I was told April 2nd too today!!!

Well then. I emailed them both. I cc'ed Bob Igor. When I answered the lady said, "this is the chef executive office calling.. I am ----." I just assumed it was WDW and they were both CEOs. Explains the exquisite service if I have been talking with the CEO's office. When I got the UPS notification yesterday, I thought it was going to be my vacation documents. I didn't expect them to overnight a gift card.

Interesting but no there is only one Disney CEO. Each park has a president though. George Kalogridis is the WDW president. Michael Colgaizer is the DLR president. Bob Chapek is the Head of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.
