I think the OP should change the title of this thread to Rivers of Light Dining Package - Rumors, Wild Goose Chases, and Therapy Sessions

Is it confirmed anywhere that this is what it actually looks like? Is BB8 the only option?

That is the default band.

But for a non-Star Wars fan like me, there is fantastic news in that you can go in and select a regular color band. Yay purple!!

I don't care if it wins me the lottery - I don't want to wear anything Star Wars.

LOVE seeing the comments on the blog! I wonder how long it will take them to reply.

I just called for fun and the CM was ready to answer with a very scripted response stating that making dining package reservations for ROL has been postponed. They do not know when they will be available for booking and to keep checking the Disney parks blog for updates.

I am just watching CSI:Cyber on TV. I think little James van der Beek is very appropriate hmmm.... Maybe we should send some of the Cyber hackers into Disney IT systems to release RoL dining packages for us?

I'm the opposite... I have a package during summer that meets all the requirements aside from being under that promo code, and no option for BB8 for me. I would love that one...

Just checked the comments section on the DPB post--there are 4 comments, all about feeling frustrated with the lack of FP+/dining info released to this point. I like to think each comment is from someone on this thread, and I completely love the comments. The level of detail in most everything in the parks is fantastic, and certainly worth talking about, but we want details about how we can experience it in person next month! I hope the comments on the official blog send that message as clearly as possible (and that we see some info on the stuff we're dying to know soon!)

Speaking of therapy/support groups...

I fully admit that this thread has consumed my life. I've checked it in three different countries, and become anxious if I go more than an hour without checking back in. And I'm happy to know I'm in good company!

Disney needs to host a complimentary preview night reserved solely for members of this thread to recognize our dedication and willingness to compromise sleep & sanity

I think it's pretty funny (not really) that we've been hearing the "watch the Blog for more info" story for about two weeks now, and they have really only given details about the Shaman's costumes both times.... Do that many people really want to know that level of detail about the costumes - which are gorgeous, but....come on!!
