can you change your reservation if it is less than 45 days till your stay ? and if you can do they charge you a fee?

Yes you can. If the new changes result in a lower rate, then there will be a $50 fee. If it's the same or higher, then no charge, however, there's a so called $10 processing fee. This is for 2008. There are supposed to be changes for 2009.

The funny thing is, I've made a change to my reservation twice in the last two days (went from Contemporary Tower Bay Lake View to Beach Club Deluxe Room Club Level yesterday, which was a price increase, then from Beach Club back to Contemporary Tower Theme Park View, which was a price decrease) and they didn't charge me either time. Maybe I just got lucky on the second one?

Here's hoping they extend the Buy 4 get 3 offer. I am leaving June 24th and not really getting the deal, due to it ending the 27th. Just getting a slight discount.

Anyone think this is possible????

I had my TA tell me that even if you book your stay to start on 6/27 that you can still get the deal.

you can definitely extend the package past the 27th. It even lets you do it on their website.

yeah...you just have to check in by the last date. for example, we are checking in 4/4, so we get the deal through spring break, even though those dates aren't included!

I just got off the phone with WDW and she informed me that I do not have the package all the way through. Only until the 27th no longer, but she did inform me that it was VERY successful and to keep watching for it to extend. If it does becuase I already have it booked with part of that deal I could just have it adjusted when I call.

So fingers crossed!!! I hope it gets extended!!!!

hmmm...wierd. i check in 4/4 and we have it through the 11th. it would do you no good then, you wouldn't have it at all. you pay for first 4 nights, and get none free b/c the first free night would be after the promotion ended. you should price out a regular package, w/o any discount, on the website and compare that to the price you are paying with the "deal". that should
clear things up.

I did that, on line I went through the 4 for 3 link and then went through the regulare booking link and there is a discount, but WDW reservations said its only partial. If they extend it, I'll get more of a savings. So I am hoping, she said that if its possible it would be in January. She said that they just extending the booking dates until January. It was December 20th.

I Arrive on June 25th and I got the discount through July 2nd and I got three nights free, it also will let me book this same package with the discounts on the web sight.

Rack rate 6/27-7/4, 7 nights All Star Sports std room 1ad , 7 day base ticket = $1176
With promotion = $1099
For trip entirely in promotion period 6/20-6/27 = $754


Perhaps it works best if you have 3 nights within the promo period? Eg - the 25th, 26th, 27th?

Man I wish I could go. I found out 7 nights at Boardwalk in June would be almost $500 less than POR in Dec (my dd will be 10 for the Dec quote).

This is correct. If are checking in on the 27th you are getting the first night free only. The rest of the time is at regular rates. If you check in on the 24th of June or earlier then you are getting 3 nights free.

For the person that was saying they got it for April that is because all of April falls within the promotion period just that the availability is limited during Easter time. There really wasn't any blackout dates even though Disney was promoting it that way

I called yesterday to make our final payment for the end of January (it was a little late, but hey... )

I asked the CM if there were any discounts I could apply (when they were previously released CSR had none for the weekend we were going...this is where my friend really wants to stay, I would have changed for a discount)
He answered me "Not right now, but be sure to keep checking back. I would LOVE to get a great deal!!! Fingers crossed, I guess we shall know soon enough! And, there will be no doubt we are watching that parade.....we were there while they were filming!!!
