She deserves the death she deserves. I rarely say that, but if you are as coldhearted as that, you deserve every bit of pain and suffering you get.

Susan killed a helpless pregnant woman and he unborn child. She does not deserve mercy. She should be left in the same condiion she left her victims in, dead and alone.

Maybe they should let her bunk in the same hospital room with the guy from Texas' death row that took out his eye and ate it, after murdering his wife and babies. They could reminisce over their respective murders (except I think he is insane and I think she is just evil).

Her death is easy compared to Sharon Tate's. May she rot in hell.

Too true. I honestly can't think of a worse way to die. I'd rather go through months of pain than dying with the knowledge that my child was getting taken out with my at the hands of another human. I just can't imagine. I can't believe that woman ever had that balls to ask for release; if she really understood what she did she wouldn't even ask and she certainly wouldn't have a website.

There is a concept within Judaism that a person earns their death.

In this instance, a comforting thought.

In the instance of a child dying from a catastrophic illness, not as easy to understand.

Regardless, the woman committed murder of innocent people and as such should remain a prisoner until she dies.

There are any number of statistical studies with supporting data (not tricked data) that show life in prison is less costly to the tax payer than enacting the death penalty.

Not an issue here, just throwing that in for research for those who care to do so.

Perhaps with this woman's death the survivors will find some small measure of peace.

Tate's sister, Debra Tate, told CNN in an e-mail in March that she does not think any Manson family member convicted of murder should ever be set free, saying the slayings were "so vicious, so inhumane, so depraved, that there is no turning back."

"The 'Manson Family' murderers are sociopaths, and from that, they can never be rehabilitated," Tate said. "They should all stay right where they are -- in prison -- until they die. There will never be true justice for my sister Sharon and the other victims of the 'Manson Family.' Keeping the murderers in prison is the least we, as a society who values justice, can do."
