Well than Disney might as well forget about opening because I can guarantee that people are going to catch this as contagious as it is.
Its a tough situation for sure.

Guests no, but for CMs I think Disney should/would be liable depending on how many measures they put in place. The thing is that we are not guaranteed if we go anywhere that we wont get the virus. The grocery store, restaurants, doctors offices etc. And no one can be liable for that.
Well not all those measures. There will be no health QR code program run by the government which we are mandated to download to our phones using our national ID, updated health history and travel history, that tracks every single thing we do and tells us and any business demanding to see it if we may leave our house or not and for how long based off what the government's computers and big data say that day. For heaven's sakeI wouldn't be surprised if those measures are put in place here.

Any answer to this would be speculation and not something you should base planning your vacation on.Sorry if this was asked but if this were to go in effect with limited restaurants, rides, only meet and greet with covered characters, etc do you think they would lower the price of the tickets or give an extremely good promotion to get you there? We booked for November and I will not be spending the money I’m spending if we are limited that much. Especially since we are really going for my daughters 4th birthday so she can do bbb and CRT.
Ditto (also responding to that led me to look up just what the health QR program in China consisted of so now I feel more educated so thanks actuallyMaybe not that but the rest I can see.
Instead of a government qr code, maybe a Disney Parks and Resorts QR code assigned when you check in. Also, maybe only limiting the resort visitors only to those staying onsite or with an ADR. Keeping guests a little more contained.Ditto (also responding to that led me to look up just what the health QR program in China consisted of so now I feel more educated so thanks actually)

Where I work they screen all employees we start so it's not a hard thing to implement.hmmmm very interesting idea right here.
If your staying on property for a a couple of days, maybe a health check at the hotel (temp, questionnaire etc....) and that is then tied to your MDE and you use that traveling from place to place on property.
We already wear Disney tracking codes, they just happen to come in colorful wrist bandsInstead of a government qr code, maybe a Disney Parks and Resorts QR code assigned when you check in. This could cut down on the procedures and time taken up to enter the park, only ones screening at the park entrances would be day guests.
yeah maybe like a daily check, or every couple days check somewhere somehow on property to keep your magic band code green.I see them might having to still take temps at the parks because what if one gets sick while on the trip
BUT.... if Disney is going to implement something like a questionnaire or some other procedure than THAT only has to be done once.
A consensus seems to be forming across all boards and sites related to the Coronavirus. If the parks and resorts are to be scaled back in this fashion, people are saying they are not interested in going. There are many with summer and fall reservations that are saying they will be canceling ASAP. Scaling back drastically will not be good for Disney. They will lose tremendous business. I’m sure they have no intention of drastic cuts to their prices. Virus or not, people want the experience they have come to know and love. if they cannot have that or only have some light version of it, they will not go and spend money to be disappointed and face the entire trip talking about what once was and how it now is. we have moved our next trip which would have been this fall to next May but if things are scaled back in any way still at that time, we will cancel. I don’t know how everyone else feels but we don’t want to come for disappointment. Is that wrong?
The thread for that convo is here: https://www.disboards.com/threads/when-wdw-re-opens-price-hike-or-lots-of-discounts.3797887/Sorry if this was asked but if this were to go in effect with limited restaurants, rides, only meet and greet with covered characters, etc do you think they would lower the price of the tickets or give an extremely good promotion to get you there?
