2funny2c, perhaps you should stop addressing things about which you know nothing.
You seem to have absolutely no idea what a theory is. I suggest you refer to your nearest dictionary for the definition of a scientific theory.
We have other theories besides Evolution, some with more evidence to support them, some with less.
How about the Theory of Gravity? You do believe in Gravity, don't you?
How about the Theory of Relativity? You do believe in the atomic bomb, don't you?

In the history of science, though, almost all of the theories you are referring to were theories made before the kind of rigorous scientific method and experimentation that began circa 1800 (someone who is more conversant with dates please correct me). Scientists began to debunk the long-standing theories of Ptolemy and Aristotle. Men who did not have the kind of technology to test their hypotheses. The Theory of Evolution, on the other hand, has been tested over and over, and has been constantly refined and redefined over the past couple of centuries. There have been no good, testable, repeatable experiments that have proven Evolution false.

2funny2c said:Sounds about as plausible as we all came from single celled organisms and the apes. And takes about as much faith to believe since evolution cant fill in the gaps.

male and femal he created them.
Thats much more plausible???????
2funny2c said:So you are claiming that there have been no scientific theories disproven in the last 50-100 years? Would you take that a step forward and say that the current scientific theories will hold up through the further advances in technology and knowledge in the next 50-100 years? Darwin's theories are not centuries old.
2funny2c said:The more science learns about the complexity of the body and its cell and DNA structure it is becoming increasing more evident that the human body did not get that way by some random process and thus had to have a designer.
2funny2c said:Yes, it is. The more science learns about the complexity of the body and its cell and DNA structure it is becoming increasing more evident that the human body did not get that way by some random process and thus had to have a designer. When you look at a house, dont you think their was an architect. When you look at the lightbulb dont you think there was a designer or inventor. Why is it so illogical to think that the human body had to be designed by a creator?
FencerMcNally said:On the Origin of the Species was published in 1859, so it's at least about a century and a half old. Way to split hairs.
Can you give me a scientific theory advanced in the last 50-100 years that has been completely disproven? And, I mean completely disproven. There have been plenty of theories that have been refined. E.G. Newtonian Mechanics leads to Quantum Mechanics etc.
