Rules of transfering points?

I may need additional points for BWV for a trip in April 07. If I was interested in purchasing/renting points form another DVC member, what steps need to be taken? What are the rules of use in regard to transfering points(user year, etc.). If I want to book at the 11 month window, do they need to be from my home resort?

Yes - to reserve at the 11 month window, the transferred points will need to be from your home resort.

Can't speak to all the rules, but if you are interested in booking as soon as the 11 month window opens, the smoothest/quickest way is to find another BWV owner with your same use year.

MS can be inconsistent in this area - best to call and ask specific questions about your case when you know exactly what you want to do.
