What happens if you're late for a PS like 15 mins. or 1/2 hour or so? Do you completely lose the PS or do you just get the next seating available like normal? Anyone know? Thanks guys!!!

It depends on how busy the restaurant is. Something like that happened with us when we had a heck of a time getting dd up from her nap. We had PS at O'Hana's and we clearly weren't going to make if for the time we had made. It was a Saturday night, a very busy night for O'Hana's. They told us they really could only give us a 1/2 hour and somehow we made it just before the 1/2 hour was up, but we did call.

There really is no "next seating" per se. You would be put on the list with walk ups but honestly if they can't accomodate you if you already had PS they probably won't even be able to take walk ups. I mean they may still be able to seat you but it might be a long wait.

If it's not real busy it wouldn't be a problem, but if you see you're running late (more than 15 min), I'd suggest calling. You can call WDW dining right from your room or *88 will connect you from any park payphone.

If it is a busy night..you could expect to wait an hour or more, like anyone without a reservation. You won't just get a table, because you showed up late.

I would just eat somewhere else, or plan on waiting a while.
Not fair to everyone else who shows up on time..to just throw you in the next open table. I would consider my reservation lost, if I was not there the 5 minutes before like is recommended.

I disagree with forgetting the PS altogether. That's assuming all the others who made PS's show, and that's a long shot. One time we had the PS time wrong, so we were late, and it was to the sacred CRT breakfast of all places. Even though we were significantly late (at least 30 min.) they were very kind and seated us. When you don't show on time for your PS, others waiting are just going to be seated all the faster. It's possible you won't get your PS and will have to eat elsewhere. It's equally possible others will miss their PS's, and you'll get worked in.
