I'm going to be in Orlando from 23rd Sep - 6th Oct....

Bad news is this clashes with part of the rugby world cup.... :-(

Since I wont be able to live myself if I dont watch Wales winning the world cup, I've got to find somewhere to watch it.

Anyone know anywhere that may be showing it???

There are several places to try, Best of British Soccer World on I-Drive often have big football games on so they may show Rugby too, as does Friday's Front Row just further up I-Drive.
Orlando Ale House has a million TVs and will always be showing the live sport!
ESPN Sports Bar at the Boardwalk may show games also.

In Kissimmee there are a number of British type pubs such as Coconut Willies and Rovers Return that may show it also.

The coverage of the game could depend on whether SKY have the viewing rights in the UK, it could well be BBC are showing the game back home, this may make watching the match in Orlando more difficult.

Nah. You're right there! Notice your address is Scotland so, assuming you're a Scot, you'd rather Wales win it than England ??? :rotfl:

It's only a quick calculation but I'd only put 19 teams in front of England.
Only kidding. :)

Not all of the above is necessary true.

A Scotland and rugby debate, I think I'll slip away now while it's quiet.

I'm a proud Welshman too but not even the imagineers of Disney could conjure up enough magic to assist the current Welsh Coaching Set Up. Part of the Disney attraction is that you can forget about your troubles.

But I hope you find somewhere.

You think Wales will win it? :lmao: (Scotland has more chance) !!
Don't start me off about rugby ..... or I'll talk all night :goodvibes

I emailed the Cricketers Arms and they tell me that they're showing every single RWC game. So I guess it means its available on cable or something then?

Happy now !!!:yay:

Paul... when is the final being played? I've just realise I'm going to miss it too !! :sad2:

But you'll only have an interest in the first round of matches surely :rotfl:

The RWC will be shown on satellite/cable company Setanta, so it will be availble in limited areas only. The Best of British Soccer World will certainly be showing it, along with the Cricketers, but there is almost certain to be a cover charge to watch as all these venues get charged by Setanta to show it (and they are required to charge for admission, as a cinema would).

Had an email from the Cricketers saying that they were showing it, but made no mention of a charge.

I was hoping to just sit there and buy a few beers....

Cricketers appear to be charging $20 for some of the RWC games....

(But not for Wales v Fiji !!!)
