Just got back from Ruby Tuesdays and had the Peppercorn Mushroom Sirloin. It tasted very much like the Mushroom Filet Mignon in Canada. :thumbsup2

But do they offer the pretzel bread and chocolate moose?

Haven't been to RT in years, do they still have the yummy bread and butter?

Oh my gosh! Really?! I had the mushroom filet mignon at Le Cellier and loved it. Now, I'll have to go to Ruby Tuesday's!

Let us know if you agree it taste like it or not the next time you go to Ruby Tuesdays. :goodvibes

Here in El Paso we have a place called Risotto's Bistro and they have mushroom risotto that is usually paired with a yummy chicken that I always get. Well, for Valentine's Day I asked if I could get it with my filet and they let me. It was soooo good, as close to Le Cellier's as I have ever had. They didn't have the cheese soup or the pretzel bread but to me the bread they serve is better anyway. They do offer a chocolate mousse for dessert, just not a moose, LOL !!

I think they only have the Bistro's here and in New Mexico, but I'm sure if you have a place near you that serves risotto and steaks you'd be in luck.

We don't have a RT, so that's where I go when I want my fix and it is much cheaper and just down the street :thumbsup2

So has anyone else tried ruby tuesdays version and have an opinion?

You must have a better Ruby Tuesday's by you. I won't even go into the ones by us--the smell when you walk in is atrocious--smells like onions, and bad onions at that. And the food the last three times we ate there made me sick.

We have a brand new one that opened last year. The food is great there. :thumbsup2

Wow, that's surprising. I've eaten at several Ruby Tuesdays and I've tried the steaks many times and they've always been pretty bad. I haven't been in about a year, so maybe they've made some improvements. They've always had a good salad bar if you get there early before all the other grubby hands have touched the utensils.

I enjoyed the steak I had at Le Celiers.

I just sent my DP a link to here...we are going to Ruby Tuesdays for dinner this weekend since the kids are going to their dad's!:thumbsup2

Maybe I'll have to visit Ruby Tuesday's then I haven't been there since my grandmother took me when I was 8 or so. Maybe I can order dessert and pretend it's moose. That would be cool.
