OK - I know it is not even close to being a "sure thing" that I will get anything during a shopping spree, and I can live with that. What ticked me off today was the constant server errors, the site kept logging me out, and that even though the website would state there were gift cards left, I would go to put it in my cart and it would load the next page telling me that another member was in the process of redeeming the award. I would go through the process repeatedly and it would either log me out, say server error, or I would get the other response. UGH!!!
I have never redeemed before, so is this a normal response? I read everyone's tips and followed them, but what can you do if they are having server problems?
