I am trying to book RS transports for a private shuttle transfer from CDG to DLP. The flight is scheduled to land at 12pm. Their online booking is stating that they'll be waiting outside at 12.30pm, which only gives me 30 mins to go through customs & baggage.

Is this normal, as I thought It may take a lot longer than 30 mins?

thats perfectly normal, they will wait for you if it takes longer than 30 minutes, don't worry .
