We're planning to be a UO on August 21 with an overnight at RPH so we'll have FOTL. We'll be coming over from WDW that morning and it's a 9am opening. Usually we're rope drop people but how critical is that for RRR?

DH will probably be the only one riding it unless the kids and I get a sudden burst of bravery. Is there a single rider option? If we got there at 9:30 would there be much of a line? I'm trying to make sure we pace ourselves for WWOHP the next morning.

TIA

Past few times I have been , RRR opens a little after park opening, like 1 hour. That might have changed though. As for single rider, it's all about if they open the line for it. The best thing to do is ask at the entrance.:thumbsup2

I have ridden RRR several times by myself, the single rider line has never worked out, it is quicker to go thru the regular line. The only way for the single rider line to move is for a odd number group to ride, as the seating is 2 per row.most of the coasters are 4 to a row. This has been my experience on the last several rides.

Our experience is just the opposite if busy. We use it a lot during the day if the wait is over 30 minutes.:thumbsup2

We waited in the regular line last year and DS went on SR a few times. He got on twice to our once a good few times.

I like to be beside DH or DS so I didn`t use it. But it worked fine for DS.

I hope you get a "burst of bravery" it`s such a good ride.

I wish they had a seperate queue for the front car......I liked the front car :thumbsup2
