I have platinum status and can reserve a king suite. We are going first week in August (celebrating my 50th B'dy). We have stayed at HRH (club and king suite). I am now venturing a change. This visit is just DS(17) and myself. We stay at HRH for pool basketball (he plays that from noon till I drag him out). So, when he is occupied, I am having a great time starting and finishing a book!!! woohoo: Would we enjoy RPH as much? Are there any pool activities for older teens? Is it a much longer walk to the park? Any room # suggestions in Tower1 for a king suite at RPH?

Thank you for your opinions!

Your son should love the RPR. I have two sons 14, and 16 and they love it. Your son can still play basketball in the pool. They have 2 or 3 goals can't really remember, and they also have volleyball games always going. they also have ping pong, and pool tables right next to the pool. The hotel is much quieter than HRH in my opinion, so you can read your book in peace and quiet.

The walk to the park is shorter than the one from HRH. Hope this helps, have a happy 50th b-day.

Thank you cbdmhgp for your info! It makes me feel a bit more comfortable about changing resorts. However, now I read that there are renovations going on at that time????? Now what?

Does anyone have any suggestions on a king suite room # in Tower 1 to reserve so I am close to the walkway to parks?

Thank you all again for you help.

Debbie
