RPH Concierge?

Please can anyone telll me if the RPH concierge will be able to make reservations for us at Mythos, NASCAR, Jimmy Buffetts, when we check in on the first day?

Or do we not need reservations in Feb (Presidents week!)?

Any advice appreciated.

They have a big desk in a lounge just past where you check in. I know the ones up at club level called Discovery Cove for us and also taxis. I would think they'd do that downstairs too.
