RPers Need Milesource help!

Hello, Nice to be back,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to cash out at milesource.
I cashed out in December and they sent an e-mail right away saying they would let milesource know. Okay, now what?? In my account under redemption it does show a debit and a gift number is there but do I just wait for another e-mail or am I supposed to use that "gift I.D. number" to get my reward?
This is a weird one for me. If you have cashed in points before any insight you can give me would help.

they should email you a certificate number. then you can go to milesource reward center and pick your prize,(gift certificate or what ever), when you get to the check out enter the certificate number they sent you. Then in a few weeks you will get what you ordered.
I cashed out in november, got my certificate number in December, picked the $25.00 McDonald's with it, and got those in the mail last week.
About 7 weeks from start to finish. Takes awhile to get enough points to cash out, but overall I was pleased with the redemption time frame.
