We will be arriving at the Grand Floridian Sunday Dec 10th. We will be staying in the RPC. From what
I’ve read are we supposed to hear from the concierge before we arrive to see if we need help with anything?

Unfortunately, it's hit or miss as to who gets contacted and who doesn't. Some people get an email and/or phone call right away after booking, while others don't hear anything at all. If there's anything you want/need them to do and/or have questions about your upcoming stay, you can always call or email them .
