First onsite visit at RP next month. Which tower is closest to the boats and walkway? Thanks!

if you are in tower 3 and your room is by the elevator, you are close to both the dock and walking path.

if you are in tower 1 and have a room by the elevator, the walking path.

when i was in tower 1 first room by the elevator, it was the 30 seconds longer than when i was in tower 3, first room by the elevator to the walking path and boat dock.

Thanks. I will request Tower 3. Are they good about request? We are booked for a standard room. Are they in all of the towers? Sorry for the extra ??

all the towers have standard rooms.
you can have standard pool view or standard garden/non pool view.

you can make a request for a certain tower and section if you wish.
many do.

ask all the questions that you want!

My DDS (12) and I will be staying 3 nights at RPR the end of May. He is a Potter fan so I thought a view of the castle might be cool. Is that possible? I'm thinking we'll walk to the park in the mornings and maybe take the boat back in the evenings. What would you recommend for tower/room requests? Do I call now or wait until closer to our trip? Thanks!

I could have posted this myself almost word for word (except 2 kids ages 9 & 12, and 7 nights end of May). Very interested in the responses you get. :thumbsup2

Tower 1 has some good theme park views. You can call a week or so before you leave.

The parks are in the direction of the little boat you see on the waterways.

Thanks, Damo! Would Tower 1 also be the closest tower to the walking path to the parks?

When we were in Tower 1, we went down the staircase that let us out right at the walking path and we bypassed the entire pool area. You don't gain a ton of time, but you do gain a few minutes.
