This will not be a long report, but since our stay was such a positive experience I just have to say a few things about the hotel. We had a very speedy check-in, kids received sand pails and were on club level. We found club level great, staff friendy and food plentiful. Got our welcome gift, newspaper, and turn down service without asking. Also had gifts, shell magnet, RPS magnet, and shell beads left at night. The hotel was beautiful. We ate lunch one day at the hotel and thought the food was good and not that much more than the parks. Also have a tip if you want a decent meal, husband went to Jake's around 8 one night and picked up 4 kids meals to go. The kids meals are big and only 3.99, we ate at the pool. No questions were asked if the meals were for kids or adults. Got out drinks from club level and had a meal for under $20. The 2nd time I tried to use our safe it would not open. Went to the club lounge and told them my problem. Within 10 minutes someone was there from security, seems the batteries are going bad and have to be replaced. We had the best time, and could find nothing to complain about. Room was always cleaned, ice bucket filled, and friendly service. Also when we got on cruise ship remembered we left 4 two way radios in the drawer between the beds, they were found by housekeeping, turned in and we picked up on our way back to the air port a week later. And of course FOTL is the best! Also had packages send back from the parks and all were delivered to the room.
