Did any of you have the Royal Thrones at your reception? If so, do you have pics to share and do you feel it was worth the cost? Thanks.

The Wish Book has royal thrones (think for King and Queen). Just wanted to know what were people's experience in choosing them to sit in at their reception.

I know I have seen a photo of them somewhere and they are not my cup of tea. They are these big (gaudy IMO) gold thrones with I think purple fabric. Unless you were doing a very regal theme I think they would stand out.

Exactly. Extremely tacky IMHO. But no offense if anyone has gotten them and loved them.

I just don't think my tush is royal enough to park in it.

I have seen them used several years ago and depending on your decor they look grand!

If they're anything like the ones that were in Cinderella's castle, I think they would be cute if you did a theme along those lines. I remember seeing some photos in them from MK shoots and they looked nice!
