Royal sea package

I was wondering if anybody knows when disney charges the royal sea package to your stateroom. Is it at the beginning of the cruise as you get on or after you did all the packages? Thank you

I believe this will be added to your onboard account, along with gratuities (if not pre-paid), any excursions, and other "purchases" using your KTTW card.

You have up until 3 days before your cruise to cancel.

I was wondering since we are leaving out of Barcelona in September for the transatlantic cruise. We are required to pay a 16% VAT tax if they charge it when we board cruise but if they wait until we did all the packages then we would not be in europe and will not get charge.

The way I read it was that they would charge upon service, so if you have the 3 services, they would charge at the first one.

Hmmm... I would call DCL and ask specifically about the timing to be on the safe side. That sounds like an amazing cruise...
